These Terms govern your use of the HookTok mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

HookTok provides AI-assisted hook generation for short-form video ideas. The App may generate suggestions based on the topics and niches you enter.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must not misuse the App, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with service operations.
• You are responsible for reviewing and using any generated content.

3. Subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription. Subscription terms and billing are handled through Apple In-App Purchases. If you subscribe, you agree to applicable fees and to abide by Apple's rules for in-app purchases.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" and without guarantees. Output may be inaccurate or not suitable for your use case. You should always review and edit generated content before using it.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its underlying technology are owned by HookTok or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App except as permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookTok will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any) during the relevant period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
